Maintenance Supervisor
For a chemical production site in Genk we're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor. You lead the maintenance team and further build out preventive maintenance.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of eight technicians across day and weekend shifts
- Schedule preventive maintenance and shutdowns with production
- Analyse breakdowns and structurally fix recurring problems
- Manage the maintenance budget and contractor works
What you bring
- Electromechanical background with leadership experience
- Familiar with CMMS systems and work permits
- Experience in a Seveso environment is a plus
