Logistics Supervisor
For a growing distribution center in Willebroek we're looking for a Logistics Supervisor. You lead a team of warehouse operators and keep the daily operation up to speed.
What you'll do
- Lead a shift of 15 to 20 warehouse operators
- Organise the daily planning of inbound, outbound and returns
- Guard productivity, quality and safety on the floor
- Coach operators and onboard new colleagues
What you bring
- Experience as a team leader or supervisor in a warehouse environment
- A hands-on people manager who is visible on the floor
- Familiar with WMS systems and KPI follow-up
