Market-rate gross range
€3,400 to €5,200
per month, premiums and benefits not included. Starters sit at the bottom of the range, seniors with a specialisation at the top.
Total employer cost per year
≈ €78,561 (€6,547 average per month)
Annual cost = gross x 13.92 (holiday pay and year-end premium included) x 1.25 employer social security x 1.05 other costs. Indication before target group reductions; sector premiums and benefits such as a car come on top.

What does a technical employee really cost?
From gross salary to total employer cost, no form first. Transparent indication for a full-time white-collar employee.

13.92 monthly salaries (incl. holiday pay and year-end premium) + 25% employer social security + ±5% insurances and administration
Structural and target-group reductions can lower the social security; sector fund contributions, meal vouchers and a car come on top. Feel free to ask us for a precise simulation for your sector.
Indexation forecast January 2027 (3.41%, SD Worx): count on roughly € 2.350 extra employer cost per year for this salary. Above 4,000 euros base pay the centenindex caps the first 2% at 80 euros; the rest counts fully.
