Production Manager
For a metal processing company in Charleroi we're looking for a Production Manager. You lead three shifts and are the engine behind output, quality and safety.
What you'll do
- Lead daily production across three shifts with team leaders
- Guard output, quality and safety targets
- Plan capacity and staffing together with HR and planning
- Drive continuous improvement on the floor, from 5S to OEE
What you bring
- Leadership experience in a production environment
- Strong at managing people and at numbers
- Bilingual French-Dutch is a plus
