Machinery Design Engineer
At a dynamic machine builder you design innovative industrial machinery: from 3D model to working installation, in close collaboration with production and R&D. You actually see your designs being built: the workshop sits right next to the engineering department.
What you'll do
- Design mechanical components in SolidWorks
- Work closely with project and production teams
- Optimise designs for performance and cost
- Prepare drawings, bills of materials and technical documentation for production
- Test prototypes together with the workshop and process the feedback into the design
What you bring
- Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks or similar)
- Dutch-speaking with technical English
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electromechanics or machine design, or equivalent through experience
