Project Manager Sanitary Installations
One of Belgium's major players in technical building installations is looking for a project manager for sanitary installations at its Zwijndrecht branch. You lead sanitary projects worth 500,000 to 5 million euros from A to Z: technically, organisationally and financially. Organisation, technology and numbers are all three your territory.
What you'll do
- Guard the finances of your projects and answer for the return: costs, invoicing and margin
- Follow up the technical side and secure the quality of execution: plans, technical data sheets, functional analyses and safety
- Steer the study and execution teams, in line with what the client needs
- Act as the point of contact for clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal staff
What you bring
- Bachelor's or master's in electromechanics, or equivalent through experience
- Around 5 years of experience as a project manager in sanitary installations
- Experience with large projects, from 500,000 to 5 million euros
- Strong planner and organiser who can lead and motivate a team
- Good knowledge of French
