Work Planner HVAC
For the Zwijndrecht branch of a large installer of technical building systems we are looking for a work planner HVAC. You make sure sites can start and keep running: materials ordered on time, plans checked and technical choices substantiated. These are large projects, from 500,000 to 5 million euros.
What you'll do
- Order the project materials and follow up the deliveries
- Help organise and prepare the sites
- Request prices and make technical comparisons
- Check plans for quality, accuracy and feasibility of the installations
What you bring
- Professional bachelor's in electromechanics or energy, or equivalent through experience
- Around 5 years of experience in HVAC, preferably on large projects (500,000 to 5 million euros)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent Dutch and basic French
- Basic VCA safety certificate
- Proactive, practical and at ease in a project team
