Head of Projects HVAC

What you'll do

• Steer and coach the project managers and monitor the performance of the entire project portfolio
• Act as the managing point of contact for the field workers and make sure they feel heard, supported and involved
• Guard planning, capacity, quality and profitability and set priorities between projects
• Analyse project results, set up improvement actions and support on complex technical and organisational challenges
• Work closely with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
• Report directly to the CTO

What you bring

• Experience as a project manager in HVAC or technical installations, with responsibility for budget, planning and profitability
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC
• Financial insight into margins, post-calculation and extra work
• Experience in guiding or managing staff
• You keep the overview, make decisions and stay calm under pressure
• You live in the wider Buggenhout area (at most 30 minutes' drive)
