You entrust us with a hire or your career. So here is what you may expect from us and where you can check it.
What we promise
| You generally only pay on hire | In most assignments we work no cure no pay. The fee and the invoicing moment are in the proposal beforehand. |

| Free replacement within the guarantee period | If the hire ends within the agreed period, we find a replacement at no cost. |
| No exclusivity | You may work with other agencies at the same time. We do agree on how to handle candidates who come in through several channels. |
| Only with the candidate's consent | A profile is never shared without explicit agreement. You only see candidates we have spoken to ourselves. |
| Every vacancy with a pay range | We publish the gross range with every vacancy, and only vacancies we have an assignment for. |
| Honest about feasibility | At the intake we say whether we rate the chance as realistic. We would rather decline than search for months without result. |

How we handle figures
Every pay page on this site names its source and the date it was checked. Pay scales and indexations come from the database of the Federal Public Service Employment and are compared automatically every week. Forecasts are labelled as forecasts and come from payroll providers based on the Federal Planning Bureau. Calculations are an indication; your payroll provider calculates the exact amount.

How we handle data
We process the data of candidates and contacts only for the placement and in line with the General Data Protection Regulation. Whoever requests the labour cost report gets at most one follow-up contact and no newsletter. How we store data and what your rights are is in our privacy statement.
