Senior Project Manager HVAC

What you'll do

• Carry final responsibility for several HVAC projects and guard budget, planning and technical quality
• Steer site managers, team leaders, the execution team and subcontractors in a clear, respectful and fair way
• Choose technical solutions, products and partners within a framework of preferred suppliers
• Make decisions and adjust course where needed, with open and direct communication
• Work with the technical director, fellow project managers and the project administration team
• Coach junior project managers on their growth path

What you bring

• Several years of experience as a project manager, preferably in HVAC
• You have carried projects from A to Z, including budget responsibility
• A strong technical background: engineer or equivalent through experience
• Structured yet pragmatic, you take responsibility and don't let things slide
• Maturity, overview and the honesty to communicate openly with colleagues and customers too
• You live within half an hour's drive of Buggenhout
