Project Manager HVAC
For the Zwijndrecht branch of a large installer of technical building systems we're looking for a project manager HVAC. You are the driving force within the department and see HVAC projects through correctly from A to Z. Organisation, technology and financial management are your strengths.
What you'll do
- Keep financial oversight of your projects and answer for their profitability: costs, invoicing and return
- Follow up the technical side and secure the quality of execution: plans, technical data sheets, functional analyses and safety
- Organise and follow up the study and execution teams, in line with what the client needs
- Act as the point of contact for clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal staff
What you bring
- Bachelor's or master's in electromechanics, or equivalent through experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- A born planner and organiser
- You can lead and motivate a team
- Quality and customer satisfaction matter a great deal to you
- Good knowledge of French
