Quality Manager ISO 9001 and 9100

What you'll do

• Develop quality concepts and processes and monitor how they are applied
• Prepare and carry out internal and external audits and training sessions
• Carry out failure analyses for internal and external complaints, together with the internal specialist departments
• Define optimisation measures and check that they are implemented
• Organise and carry out process approvals
• Continuously improve product and process quality
• Draw up and review process descriptions

What you bring

• A technical university degree, preferably with a specialisation in quality management
• Some first work experience in quality management in the automotive or aerospace industry or with one of its suppliers
• Relevant knowledge of the ISO 9000 standards, including ISO 9001 and 9100
• Auditor training, or the willingness to take it
• Strong quality awareness, an affinity with processes and technical insight
• Good communication skills and a working knowledge of English
• A hands-on mentality and excellent knowledge of MS Office
