Industrialisation Engineer
For a high-tech production environment in the Liège region we're looking for an Industrialisation Engineer who brings new components and innovative manufacturing processes from development to stable series production. You coordinate technical stakeholders and guard quality, cost and timing.
What you'll do
- Lead industrialisation projects from technical definition to release and scale-up
- Align internal teams and external partners on tooling, machines and production processes
- Analyse process capabilities, organise trials and document results
- Run risk analyses, investigate deviations and validate corrective measures
- Track performance indicators and initiate improvement actions for quality, cost and lead time
What you bring
- Master in mechanics, electromechanics, production technology or equivalent
- First experience with industrialisation, manufacturing engineering or technical project leadership
- Knowledge of 3D CAD, process control and risk analysis methods is a plus
- Good knowledge of English; French matters for daily collaboration
