Industrialisation Engineer
As Industrialisation Engineer in the Liège region, you bring new components and innovative manufacturing processes from development to stable series production. You work in a high-tech production environment with an international development and production climate, aligning internal teams and external partners on tooling, machines and production processes. Through risk analyses, trials and process capability analyses you safeguard quality, cost and timing.
What you'll do
- Lead industrialisation projects from technical definition to release
- Guide the scale-up to stable series production
- Align internal teams and external partners on tooling, machines and production processes
- Analyse process capabilities, organise trials and document the results
- Run risk analyses and investigate deviations in the process
- Validate corrective measures before they are rolled out for good
- Track performance indicators and launch improvement actions for quality, cost and lead time
What you bring
- You have a master's degree in mechanics, electromechanics, production technology or equivalent
- You have first experience with industrialisation, manufacturing engineering or technical project leadership
- Knowledge of 3D CAD, process control and risk analysis methods is a plus
- You have a good command of English
- You speak French, which matters for daily collaboration
