Process Engineer

Our client is an international industrial producer with complex process installations in the Ghent canal zone. As a Process Engineer you work on improvement projects, technical studies and safe start-ups, moving smoothly between engineering, production and the shop floor.

What you'll do

  • Develop improvement projects from concept and basic data to execution and follow-up
  • Draw up technical datasheets, process documentation and design requirements
  • Guide studies for modifications or extensions of production installations
  • Take part in risk and safety studies and translate control measures into technology
  • Support commissioning, operator training and the start-up of installations

What you bring

  • Master industrial engineer, preferably chemistry, process technology or electromechanics
  • Relevant experience in an industrial production environment
  • Practical knowledge of process safety, technical standards and project follow-up
  • Fluent Dutch and English; proactive and independent
