Process Engineer Tooling

What you'll do

• Analyse and optimise production and tooling processes for quality, efficiency and cost
• Investigate technical problems down to their root cause
• Implement structural solutions together with the shop floor
• Support the design of maintenance-friendly tools and moulds
• Guide the industrialisation of new tools into production
• Track process parameters and measurement data to improve performance
• Document improvement projects and secure them through work instructions and knowledge sharing

What you bring

• You have a technical bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent relevant experience
• You have an affinity with precision manufacturing, tooling, moulds or machining techniques
• You have a basic knowledge of 2D and 3D systems
• Experience with CAM or with production data is a plus
• You are analytically strong and hands-on
• You communicate easily between engineering and production
