Process Engineer Tooling
As a Process Engineer in a specialised tooling environment in the Waasland region you're the connecting link between work preparation, toolmakers, engineering and production. You raise process reliability and make sure improvements are embedded durably.
What you'll do
- Analyse and optimise production and tooling processes for quality, efficiency and cost
- Investigate technical problems and realise structural solutions with the shop floor
- Support the design and industrialisation of maintenance-friendly tools and moulds
- Track process parameters and measurement data to improve performance
- Document and secure improvement projects through work instructions and knowledge sharing
What you bring
- Technical bachelor or master, or equivalent through relevant experience
- Affinity with precision manufacturing, tooling, moulds or machining techniques
- Basic knowledge of 2D and 3D systems; CAM or production data experience is a plus
- Analytically strong, hands-on and communicative between engineering and production
