Electrical Technician Train Maintenance

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair power circuits and wiring on board passenger trains
• Also maintain and repair doors, lighting and control systems
• Read electrical schematics and take targeted measurements
• Locate electrical defects in a systematic way
• Test repaired systems before they are released again
• Record the completed work accurately and digitally
• Work according to strict safety, quality and release procedures

What you bring

• You have a technical degree in electricity, electronics or electromechanics
• You read electrical schematics easily and handle a multimeter with confidence
• You approach fault diagnosis systematically and step by step
• You are willing to work in shifts
• You want to follow specialised training to deepen your trade
