Facility Manager Buildings and Energy
For a social economy organisation with several shops, workshops and offices in the Ninove region, we're looking for a Facility Manager. You steer the strategic and operational management of the buildings, the infrastructure, the energy policy and purchasing. You turn the shops, workshops and offices into safe, well-maintained and future-proof workplaces. This is a permanent, full-time day job with an open-ended contract.
What you'll do
- Manage the organisation's shops, offices, workshops and other buildings
- Draw up maintenance plans and follow up maintenance and repair works
- Develop and monitor an energy policy and turn sustainability goals into concrete actions
- Optimise purchasing and negotiate with suppliers
- Organise and lead renovation, conversion and investment projects
- Work with internal colleagues and external partners and help shape the future of the property portfolio
What you bring
- A master's degree, or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience, or equivalent through experience
- At least five years of experience in facility management, technical management or property management
- Knowledge of building management, maintenance, safety, energy and the relevant legislation
- You are analytically strong and have project management experience
- You think strategically without losing sight of day-to-day practice and like to drive projects forward
- You work smoothly with colleagues, contractors and suppliers
- Good Dutch and a B driving licence
