Head of Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement
In Waterloo we're looking for a Head of Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement for a direct employer in biopharmaceutical production. In this role you lead the quality system and build a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. You get clear ownership of your own files and work with internal specialists, suppliers and operational colleagues.
What you'll do
- Define strategy for quality systems, governance and performance management
- Steer teams and improvement programmes around deviations, CAPA, change and audits
- Analyse quality trends and report risks and priorities to site leadership
- Simplify processes and strengthen ownership without losing GMP robustness
What you bring
- Master's degree in life sciences or engineering with extensive QA and leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of GMP quality systems and inspection environments
