International Key Account Officer HVAC

What you'll do

• Support account plans, pricing and contracts for international key accounts
• Contribute to international tenders for HVAC customers
• Collect market and revenue data and turn it into clear management reports
• Align actions with sales teams, product management, service and logistics
• Monitor client agreements and the follow-up of escalations in multiple countries
• Follow up improvement actions for your accounts across national borders

What you bring

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering or a combination of both
• You have experience in B2B account support, project coordination or technical sales
• You work analytically and are comfortable with figures and reporting
• You act diplomatically between customers and internal teams
• You communicate professionally in English, and additional languages are an asset
