Lead Engineer Instrumentation and Control
As Lead Engineer Instrumentation and Control in Anderlecht, you lead the I&C engineering of investment projects in energy and the process industry. You work for a direct engineering employer in the Brussels Region and safeguard technical coherence across the full project cycle, from architecture and specifications to FAT, SAT and commissioning. DCS, SIS, instrumentation and industrial communication are your technical domain.
What you'll do
- Define the architecture and design criteria for instrumentation and control
- Draw up the I&C specifications for investment projects
- Review engineering deliverables, vendor documents and functional analyses
- Coordinate the interfaces with process, electrical, mechanical and cybersecurity
- Support FAT, SAT and commissioning of the installations
- Monitor and manage the technical risks within the project
What you bring
- You hold a master's degree in automation, electronics or electromechanics
- You have extensive experience in I&C engineering for industrial projects
- You know DCS, SIS, instrumentation and industrial communication and the related standards
- You are a coaching technical lead for your engineers
- You have strong project and stakeholder management skills
