Maintenance Officer HVAC
For a direct employer in building management and airport facilities in Steenokkerzeel we're looking for a Maintenance Officer HVAC. In this role you safeguard availability and energy performance of HVAC installations in an intensively used building environment. You get a clear set of responsibilities, short lines to colleagues and partners, and room for your own initiative.
What you'll do
- Plan and check preventive and corrective maintenance by internal and external partners
- Analyse breakdowns, comfort complaints and consumption data and drive structural actions
- Follow up statutory inspections, work permits and technical documentation
- Support renovation and replacement projects from a maintenance perspective
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in electromechanics, energy technology or equivalent through experience
- Good knowledge of HVAC, building management systems and maintenance contracts
- Strong in coordination, reporting and communication with suppliers and users
