Maintenance Officer HVAC
As Maintenance Officer HVAC in Steenokkerzeel, you safeguard the availability and energy performance of HVAC installations in intensively used buildings around an airport. You join an employer in building management and airport facilities in Flemish Brabant on a permanent contract. You plan and check maintenance by internal and external partners, analyse comfort complaints and consumption data and drive structural improvements. Knowledge of HVAC, building management systems and maintenance contracts is your foundation.
What you'll do
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance of the HVAC installations
- Check the maintenance carried out by internal and external partners
- Analyse breakdowns, comfort complaints and consumption data
- Drive structural actions based on your analyses
- Follow up statutory inspections, permits to work and technical documentation
- Support renovation and replacement projects from a maintenance perspective
What you bring
- You hold a bachelor's degree in electromechanics or energy technology, or equivalent experience
- You have good knowledge of HVAC installations
- You know your way around building management systems and maintenance contracts
- You are strong in coordination and reporting
- You communicate easily with suppliers and users
