Instrumentation and Control Technician
For the Machelen site of a direct employer in power plants and process installations we're looking for a Instrumentation and Control Technician. In this role you guarantee reliable measurements and controls for a safe and efficient production process. You get a clear set of responsibilities, short lines to colleagues and partners, and room for your own initiative.
What you'll do
- Maintain and calibrate pressure, flow, level and temperature measurements
- Test control valves, actuators, safeguards and interlocks
- Troubleshoot field equipment, wiring and PLC/DCS signals
- Document interventions and take part in overhauls and improvement projects
What you bring
- Technical degree in instrumentation, automation or electromechanics
- Experience with industrial instrumentation and electrical schematics
- Independent, safety-focused and willing to join a standby or breakdown service
