MSAT Biologics Data Analyst
As MSAT Biologics Data Analyst in Waterloo you turn production and process data from biologics manufacturing into insights on robustness, yield and product quality. You work directly for a biopharmaceutical manufacturer, within MSAT (manufacturing science and technology). With Python, R, SQL and statistical process monitoring you build analyses and dashboards. Together with process engineers and quality you work on investigations and improvement projects.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain analyses and dashboards for production and process
- Set up statistical process monitoring and keep it up to date
- Investigate trends, deviations and correlations in biologics manufacturing data
- Work with process engineers and quality on investigations
- Deliver analyses for improvement projects on yield and robustness
- Improve data quality and standard reporting
- Ensure the traceability of your analyses in a GMP environment
What you bring
- You hold a master's degree in bioengineering, chemistry, data science or a related technical field
- You have experience with Python, R or SQL
- You have experience with statistics or with process data analysis
- You work in a structured way and are aware of GMP requirements
- You communicate strongly and clearly with scientific teams
