Breakdown Technician Nights
Our client, a direct employer in food production in Waregem, is looking for a Breakdown Technician Nights. In this role you resolve technical breakdowns quickly and increase the reliability of automated production lines. You work closely with internal specialists and operational colleagues, with room to shape the role yourself.
What you'll do
- Analyse electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and process-related breakdowns
- Carry out urgent repairs and coordinate a safe restart with production
- Record causes and actions and initiate structural improvements
- Support preventive maintenance during planned shutdowns
What you bring
- Technical training in electromechanics or extensive relevant experience
- Strong in troubleshooting sensors, motors, frequency drives and mechanics
- Independent, stress-resistant and aware of hygiene and safety rules
