System Supervisor Baggage Automation
As System Supervisor Baggage Automation in Diegem, you oversee a complex automated baggage handling system from the control room. You join an employer in automated logistics infrastructure on a permanent contract. You follow up PLC, SCADA and system alerts, prioritise incidents and direct technicians and operational partners. You work in a shift system and analyse recurring faults to launch improvement actions.
What you'll do
- Monitor PLC, SCADA and logistics system alerts from the control room
- Prioritise incidents on the baggage handling system
- Coordinate technicians and operational partners during interventions
- Analyse system performance and recurring faults
- Initiate improvement actions based on your analyses
- Safeguard safe operations, the escalation procedures and correct reporting
What you bring
- You hold a bachelor's degree in automation, electromechanics or logistics technology, or have relevant experience
- You bring strong technical insight to the role
- You have experience with automated transport systems
- You are decisive and stay calm under pressure during incidents
- You are willing to work in a shift system
