- Monitor PLC, SCADA and logistics system alerts from the control room
- Prioritise incidents and coordinate technicians and operational partners
- Analyse performance and recurring faults and initiate improvement actions
- Safeguard safe operations, escalation procedures and correct reporting
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in automation, electromechanics, logistics technology or relevant experience
- Strong technical insight and experience with automated transport systems
- Decisive, stress-resistant and willing to work in a shift system
