Business Development Manager Building Controls
In Zaventem we're looking for a Business Development Manager Building Controls for a direct employer in smart building controls and HVAC controls. In this role you build new business around controls, monitoring and energy optimisation for buildings. You join a team with short lines, where you quickly earn trust and responsibility of your own.
What you'll do
- Develop market and account plans for integrators, installers and real estate clients
- Translate energy and comfort goals into a solution roadmap
- Initiate pilots, partnerships and framework agreements and safeguard the business case
- Work with product management and local sales on positioning and go-to-market
What you bring
- Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering or business with strong technical affinity
- Several years of experience in building automation, HVAC controls or energy services
- Strategic hunter with strong negotiation and stakeholder skills
