Business Development Manager Building Controls

What you'll do

• Develop market and account plans for integrators, installers and real estate clients
• Translate customers' energy and comfort goals into a solution roadmap
• Initiate pilots and partnerships around controls, monitoring and energy optimisation
• Set up framework agreements and safeguard the business case of each initiative
• Work with product management on the positioning of the offering
• Align the go-to-market approach with the local sales teams

What you bring

• You hold a master's or bachelor's degree in engineering, or in business with a strong technical affinity
• You have several years of experience in building automation, HVAC controls or energy services
• You are a strategic hunter who actively seeks out new opportunities
• You are a strong negotiator in commercial processes
• You deal confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, internal and external
