Design Engineer Infraworks
As Design Engineer Infraworks in Genk, you design sites, roads, sewerage and utility infrastructure for industrial and public projects. You work for a direct employer in infrastructure design and engineering in Limburg and build your designs in 3D with Civil 3D, InfraWorks or comparable software. You bring alignments, profiles, earthwork balances and cable and pipe routes together into one coherent design.
What you'll do
- Build 3D terrain models as the basis for your design
- Work out alignments, profiles and earthwork balances
- Integrate roads, drainage and cable and pipe routes into a coherent design
- Align design choices with project management, permitting experts and other disciplines
- Deliver the drawings, quantities and design notes
- Process the comments from technical reviews into your design
What you bring
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, surveying or infrastructure
- You have practical experience with Civil 3D, InfraWorks or comparable design software
- You work accurately when drawing up plans and quantities
- You have strong spatial insight for terrain design
- You collaborate smoothly within a multidisciplinary project team
