Project Engineer Electromechanics
For a direct employer in the production of technical components in Kortrijk we're looking for a Project Engineer Electromechanics. In this role you lead improvement and investment projects for electromechanical production equipment from concept to commissioning. You work closely with internal specialists and operational colleagues, with room to shape the role yourself.
What you'll do
- Design technical concepts and work out specifications, drawings and budget estimates
- Coordinate suppliers, assembly partners and internal production and maintenance teams
- Follow up testing, installation, commissioning and handover to the users
- Analyse breakdowns and performance and drive improvement actions on safety, quality and output
What you bring
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electromechanics, mechanics or a comparable field
- Experience with project-based work in a production environment and strong technical documentation
- Pragmatic communicator with professional Dutch and English
