Maintenance Planner
For the Merelbeke site of a direct employer in railway maintenance and asset planning we're looking for a Maintenance Planner. In this role you build a feasible maintenance schedule that aligns material, capacity and vehicle availability. You work closely with internal specialists and operational colleagues, with room to shape the role yourself.
What you'll do
- Translate maintenance needs into weekly and daily schedules
- Plan staff, workstations, parts and external support
- Follow up execution and deviations and replan on operational disruptions
- Analyse planning KPIs and improve backlog, lead time and delivery reliability
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering or equivalent through relevant planning experience
- Strong with planning software, Excel and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Communicative, analytical and decisive under time pressure
