Technical Coordinator Planning
As Technical Planning Coordinator in Bruges, you turn technical work packages for rolling stock maintenance into executable schedules. You join a West Flemish rolling stock maintenance company on a permanent contract. You align technical priorities between planning, workshop and operations and keep an eye on capacity, material and critical dependencies. With daily stand-ups and digital work order systems you adjust every day based on progress and defects.
What you'll do
- Assess technical work packages for rolling stock maintenance
- Translate those work packages into executable schedules
- Keep the overview of capacity, material and critical dependencies
- Organise daily stand-ups and align priorities with planning, workshop and operations
- Adjust the schedule based on progress and the defects found
- Report backlogs, risks and structural bottlenecks

- You hold a technical bachelor's degree or are an experienced technician with strong planning skills
