Project Engineer High-Voltage Lines
As Project Engineer High-Voltage Lines in Kontich, you manage the engineering and execution of extensions and renewals of high-voltage connections. You join an employer in electrical infrastructure that helps build the energy transition, on a permanent contract. You prepare technical files, execution methods and schedules and align with the grid operator, suppliers and site teams. From purchasing and assembly to testing and handover, you keep safety, risks and changes under control.
What you'll do
- Prepare technical files and execution methods
- Draw up material lists and project schedules
- Align design and execution with the grid operator, suppliers and site teams
- Closely follow up purchasing, assembly and testing
- Guide the technical handover of your projects
- Safeguard safety requirements, changes and risks and handle project reporting
What you bring
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in electromechanics, electricity or energy technology
- Experience with industrial electricity or high voltage is an asset
- Experience with infrastructure projects is also an asset
- You work in a structured way and are safety-minded on site
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
