Vehicle Production Engineer
A direct employer in automotive production and industrialisation is looking for a Vehicle Production Engineer for its Diegem site. You improve vehicle production processes and guide the industrialisation of new models and product changes. You work from data, liaise with international colleagues and travel occasionally to other locations.
What you'll do
- Analyse product and process data and define improvements for quality, ergonomics and cycle time
- Work with plants and design teams on manufacturability and production changes
- Plan and supervise trial builds, validations and technical problem-solving
- Standardise best practices and share lessons learned across multiple production sites
What you bring
- Master's degree in industrial engineering, electromechanics, mechanics or automotive
- Strong data analysis skills and an interest in production processes and vehicle technology
- Internationally minded, communicative and willing to travel occasionally
