GMP Process and Operations Compliance Specialist
In Nivelles we're looking for a GMP Process and Operations Compliance Specialist for a direct employer in biopharmaceutical operations. In this role you strengthen daily GMP compliance on the production floor and turn deviations into sustainable improvements. You get clear ownership of your own files and work with internal specialists, suppliers and operational colleagues.
What you'll do
- Observe processes and advise teams on procedures, documentation and good practices
- Support deviation investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA
- Review changes, qualifications and operational readiness
- Follow up compliance KPIs and coach teams during audits and inspections
What you bring
- Master's degree in life sciences, chemistry, engineering or pharmacy
- Practical GMP experience in production, MSAT, QC or QA
- Visible on the floor, analytical and strong in constructive coaching
