QA Systems Lead
For a direct employer in pharmaceutical quality systems in Nivelles we're looking for a QA Systems Lead. In this role you manage and improve core processes of the pharmaceutical quality system. You get clear ownership of your own files and work with internal specialists, suppliers and operational colleagues.
What you'll do
- Take process ownership for deviation, CAPA, change control or training
- Monitor KPIs, backlogs and the quality of investigations and actions
- Facilitate governance, harmonisation and inspection readiness
- Coach users and implement digital or procedural improvements

- Master's degree in a scientific field with solid GMP experience
- Strong insight into quality systems, root cause analysis and risk management
