QA Supply Officer
In Nivelles, as QA Supply Officer, you support quality decisions on material flows, packaging and distribution of pharmaceutical products. You work directly for a pharmaceutical company, in the field of supply and batch compliance. You review batch documentation, handle deviations, complaints and CAPA, and support audits around GDP and traceability. It is a strong entry role in QA, with hybrid work and training.
What you'll do
- Review batch and supply documentation for completeness and compliance
- Handle deviations and complaints together with operations
- Follow up changes and CAPA in close collaboration with operations
- Follow up the quality agreements with logistics partners
- Monitor the quality performance of those logistics partners
- Support the organisation during audits and inspections
- Contribute to improvement actions around GDP and traceability
What you bring
- You hold a master's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry or equivalent
- You have initial experience in QA, GMP, GDP or a regulated supply chain
- You work accurately, in an organised way and with an eye for detail
- You communicate fluently in English and French
- You want to grow in a quality role within the pharma sector
