Logistics Manager Production Site
For a direct employer in food manufacturing and distribution in Waregem we're looking for a Logistics Manager Production Site. In this role you lead warehouse, internal logistics and dispatch with focus on safety, service and cost. You get clear ownership of your own files and work with internal specialists, suppliers and operational colleagues.
What you'll do
- Develop the logistics organisation, capacity and workforce planning
- Safeguard inventory accuracy, FIFO, traceability and customer service
- Steer team leaders and improve processes with data and lean methods
- Coordinate peaks, transport partners, investments and continuity risks
What you bring
- Master's or bachelor's degree in supply chain with extensive leadership experience
- Strong in warehouse operations, process improvement and people management
- Results-driven, visible on the floor and fluent in Dutch and English
