Project Engineer Brownfield Redevelopment
For the Ninove site of a direct employer in circular land redevelopment and remediation we're looking for a Project Engineer Brownfield Redevelopment. In this role you develop technically and economically feasible solutions for contaminated sites and complex redevelopments. You get a clear set of responsibilities, short lines to colleagues and partners, and room for your own initiative.
What you'll do
- Investigate remediation options and translate studies into execution scenarios
- Build budgets and schedules and assess technical and contractual risks
- Support commercial files and discuss solutions with clients and authorities
- Supervise pilots, execution and evaluation of innovative remediation techniques
What you bring
- Master's degree in environmental science, geology, bioengineering or civil engineering
- Analytically strong and familiar with technical reporting and project budgeting
- Entrepreneurial profile that connects technology, regulation and feasibility
