Site Manager HVAC
As a site manager you run one or more sites in HVAC, controls and sanitary installations for a large installer of technical building systems. You combine site follow-up with the administration that comes with it, on projects of 500,000 to 5 million euros. You travel to sites across Flanders and Brussels.
What you'll do
- Follow up and check the work of in-house staff and subcontractors
- Guard the planning, quality, timing and budget of your sites
- Enforce the safety standards on site
- Draw up reports and social documents
What you bring
- Bachelor's in industrial engineering or electromechanics, or equivalent through experience
- Some work experience required: this is not a starter role
- Familiar with the standards and regulations for HVAC installations
- Keen on combining administration and technical execution on large projects
- Stress-resistant, and you enjoy guiding people
- Willing to travel to sites across Flanders and Brussels
