Team Leader Raw Materials Intake
For the Kortrijk site of a direct employer in food production and inbound logistics we're looking for a Team Leader Raw Materials Intake. In this role you steer the intake, quality control and internal supply of critical raw materials. You work closely with internal specialists and operational colleagues, with room to shape the role yourself.
What you'll do
- Plan unloading activities, staff, storage and supply to production
- Safeguard quality, traceability, hygiene and safe traffic flows
- Resolve operational deviations with suppliers, planning and production
- Follow up KPIs and improve throughput, staffing and loss control
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, agro, food or equivalent through experience
- First leadership experience in logistics, production or warehousing
- Practical, communicative and willing to work in a shift system
