Installation Team Leader Heating and Heat Pumps
Around Ghent, an installer specialising in heating, heat pumps and new energy technology is looking for a team leader for its installation team. Together with a fellow team leader, you are the first point of contact and support for the installers. Half of your time you are out on interventions and site visits yourself, the other half you prepare projects and draw up quotations at the office. Your technical knowledge stretches from electricity to central heating installations, heat pumps and hybrid systems.
What you'll do
- Act as the first point of contact and support for the installation team, together with a fellow team leader
- Split your time: half on interventions and site visits, half at the office
- Prepare projects in practice: align with customers, order materials and follow up
- Work closely with the administration team and handle complaints
- Draw up quotations
- Advise customers on heat pumps, renew riser pipes and support central heating installation work
What you bring
- Broad technical knowledge, from electricity to new energy technology, central heating installations, heat pumps and hybrid systems
- You are an all-rounder
- You coach, communicate openly, think creatively and bring structure
- A few years of leadership experience is a plus
- You speak Dutch fluently, French is a plus
