As a production manager you're responsible for what the factory delivers every day. You steer team leaders and operators, guard safety, quality and output, and constantly switch between shop floor and management.
It's a role where people are your most important machine: a shift that runs well makes more difference than any investment. Strong production managers combine technical insight with the ability to bring a team along.
