Team Leader Workforce and Capacity Planning
For the Deinze site of a direct employer in food production and workforce planning we're looking for a Team Leader Workforce and Capacity Planning. In this role you ensure robust workforce planning that balances production volume, competences and wellbeing. You work closely with internal specialists and operational colleagues, with room to shape the role yourself.
What you'll do
- Build short and medium-term schedules for permanent and temporary staff
- Align staffing with production, HR, training and interim partners
- Follow up absences, competence matrices and capacity risks
- Improve forecasting, planning rules and reporting on deployability
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, HR, operations or relevant planning experience
- Strong in Excel, planning tools and working with many changing parameters
- People-oriented, accurate and clear in communication with managers and staff
