Technical Diagnosis and Quality Expert
As Technical Diagnosis and Quality Expert in Diegem, you investigate complex recurring vehicle problems down to their root cause. You analyse faults with diagnostic equipment and field data, support national teams and dealers and translate your findings into quality improvements with engineering and quality. You join a strong player in automotive technical quality on a direct permanent contract and work with international technical teams.
What you'll do
- Investigate recurring vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment
- Analyse field data to find the cause of faults
- Support national teams and dealers with complex technical cases
- Escalate product issues to engineering and quality with a substantiated analysis
- Develop new diagnostic methods and technical information
- Develop training on diagnosis and technical quality
What you bring
- You have strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics
- You have experience as a master technician or as an engineer
- You know electrical, electronic and mechanical vehicle systems
- You think analytically and back up your conclusions with data
- You are client-focused in your contacts with dealers and teams
- You speak professional English as well as Dutch or French
