Technical Diagnosis and Quality Expert
A strong player in automotive technical quality is looking for a Technical Diagnosis and Quality Expert for its team in Diegem, on a direct permanent contract. In this role you analyse complex vehicle problems and translate technical findings into quality improvements. You get a clear set of responsibilities, short lines to colleagues and partners, and room for your own initiative.
What you'll do
- Investigate recurring faults with diagnostic equipment and field data
- Support national teams and dealers with complex technical cases
- Escalate product issues with substantiated analyses to engineering and quality
- Develop diagnostic methods, technical information and training
What you bring
- Strong automotive diagnostic knowledge and experience as a master technician or engineer
- Analytical with knowledge of electrical, electronic and mechanical vehicle systems
- Client-focused and professional in English plus Dutch or French
