Technical Sales Support Engineer HVAC

What you'll do

• Analyse enquiries and specifications from customers
• Select technically fitting solutions for each project
• Develop technical-commercial quotations and follow them up with account managers and customers
• Check orders and align with production, logistics and project partners
• Advise installers and engineering offices on performance and configuration
• Manage customer and project data in the CRM and in internal selection tools

What you bring

• You hold a technical bachelor's or master's degree in energy, HVAC, mechanics or electromechanics
• You have first experience with calculation, technical support, engineering or project sales
• You know thermal, hydraulic, mechanical or electrical building services
• You work accurately and put the customer at the centre of your approach
• You have a good command of Dutch or French and speak professional English
