Technical Sales Support Engineer HVAC
For an international manufacturer of climate and air handling solutions we're looking for a Technical Sales Support Engineer. You guide customer projects from needs analysis and selection to quotation, order and delivery. Hybrid working is possible.
What you'll do
- Analyse enquiries and specifications and select technically fitting solutions
- Develop technical-commercial quotations and follow them up with account managers and customers
- Check orders and align with production, logistics and project partners
- Advise installers and engineering offices on performance and configuration
- Manage customer and project data in CRM and internal selection tools
What you bring
- Technical bachelor or master in energy, HVAC, mechanics or electromechanics
- First experience with calculation, technical support, engineering or project sales
- Knowledge of thermal, hydraulic, mechanical or electrical building techniques
- Precise and customer-focused; good Dutch or French and professional English
