Three tips for your HVAC technician job ad
Describe the region your technician drives in. HVAC technicians often choose an employer with customers close to home and few hours in traffic.
Write how standby duty is organised and how often it comes round. A vague on-call arrangement puts experienced HVAC technicians off.
Name the brands and techniques: heat pumps, ventilation, controls. Someone who can diagnose independently wants to know on which installations that will be.
