Three tips for your maintenance technician job ad
State which shift system you run and roughly what the shift premium yields net. It is the first question of every maintenance technician considering a move.
Name the installations and brands they will work on. A technician wants to know whether it means modern lines or old machines that mostly get patched up.
Show that preventive maintenance is genuinely planned at your site, with a maintenance system and spare parts in stock. Those who only fight fires drop out.
