Three tips for your process operator job ad
Describe the shift system precisely: day shift, two or three shifts or continuous. Operators with a family first work out whether it can be combined.
Say whether you train in house. Many process operators come from another industry, and a clear training path makes the step smaller.
Name the process type and the control system. An operator from food reads a vacancy in chemicals differently when it is clear what lies ahead.
