Prevention Advisor Construction Projects
As Prevention Advisor Construction Projects in Fleurus, you make sure complex construction and infrastructure works are prepared and carried out safely. You join an employer in construction and infrastructure on a permanent contract and work mainly on the sites themselves. Site inspections, risk analyses, incident investigations and toolbox talks are the core of the job, with a level 2 prevention advisor certificate as the basis.
What you'll do
- Carry out site inspections and risk analyses on construction and infrastructure projects
- Discuss the necessary actions with line management and follow them up
- Check safety plans, work methods and permits before the works start
- Review contractor agreements against the safety rules
- Investigate incidents and follow up corrective measures until they are closed
- Give toolbox talks and training sessions and coach crews hands-on at the workplace
What you bring
- You hold a level 2 prevention advisor certificate or an equivalent qualification
- You have experience in construction, civil works or industrial projects
- You work pragmatically and look for solutions that are feasible on site
- You are mobile and move easily between different sites
- You communicate professionally in French with site teams and management
- Your knowledge of Dutch is an advantage for this role
