Corporate Safety and Health Specialist
An established direct employer in automotive and corporate operations is looking for a Corporate Safety and Health Specialist for its Diegem site. In this role you develop safety standards and support Belgian and European teams with implementation. You work closely with internal specialists and operational colleagues, with room to shape the role yourself.
What you'll do
- Analyse legislation, risks and incident data and translate them into policy
- Guide audits, management reviews and improvement programmes
- Advise projects on machine safety, wellbeing and contractor management
- Build out training, communication and best-practice exchange
What you bring
- Master's or bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, ergonomics or equivalent
- Knowledge of wellbeing legislation and experience with HSE management systems
- Strong project and communication skills in an international context
