Safety Advisor Level 2
In Geel we're looking for a Safety Advisor Level 2 for a direct employer in distribution and automated logistics. In this role you strengthen the safety culture in a large logistics campus with many people, machines and traffic flows. You get a clear set of responsibilities, short lines to colleagues and partners, and room for your own initiative.
What you'll do
- Carry out workplace inspections, risk analyses and incident investigations
- Advise operations on machine safety, ergonomics and contractor work
- Develop training, campaigns and practical safety standards
- Use data to recognise trends and propose priorities to leadership
What you bring
- Prevention advisor level 2 or willing to obtain it quickly
- Experience in logistics, production or a comparable operational environment
- Visible on the floor, coaching and fluent in Dutch and English
